		<description>18 miles might be tough but you sound as if you are doing your traning right and everything so the extra 8 is not going to kill you! Don&#039;t let it build up in to something worse than it actually is. Just look forward to those 8 miles rather than dreading them for the next month! Turn them into a positive thing!</description>
