Coming to a TV Near You: Amending Florida’s Constitution

Those of you in the Tampa Bay TV market may want to tune in to Channel 8 for tonight’s Five O’Clock News. I’ll be talking briefly about one of the proposed amendments to the Florida Constitution - specifically, proposal No. 3, “Requiring Broader Public Support for Constitutional Amendments or Revisions.”
