Via Eloquation, an apology from LogoMaid.

In name of Vilords media I need to apologize for the inconvenience caused. I feel really sorry that we didn’t remove the logotype rightaway…and let this situation ascalate. It took us too long to understand the designer we worked with for over 3 years obviously did copy the main shape of your logo. We figured it when we saw the owl logotype…

Took too long? They only figured it out when that same designer uploaded another ripped-off logo days after the lid came off the scandal?

Well, read the whole thread and judge for yourself. But I wonder what “West Virginia’s Best Designer” has to say about this?

It’s sad it had to come to this. What still irks me is not the fact that they ripped off Dan’s design, but the fact that they threatened legal action against him instead of figuring out their own problems.
