Congress May Tighten Computer Fraud Laws

According to Wired newly proposed legislation in Congress would lower the threshold for criminal prosecution (and, I think, for civil liability) for computer intrusion under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, 18 U.S.C. ยง 1030.
